Upon entering our studio, you will find a warm and friendly setting without the distractions found in health clubs and other larger fitness establishments. Natural sunlight, hardwood floors, and soft music create an atmosphere that is both relaxing and inspiring. Small classes ensure personal attention and high-quality experience.
Beth is trained in Pilates through Balanced Body University and is a Registered Nurse. No matter what your current level of fitness, we will create a satisfying and effective workout. Lessons include work on the Reformer and the Jump Board. Our yoga classes, taught by Tamara, are in the vinyasa style and are designed to be accessible. For your convenience, we provide online class scheduling through Mind Body Online.
Currently we are no longer offering yoga classes.
