Beth is trained in Pilates through Balanced Body University and is a Registered Nurse. No matter what your current level of fitness, we will create a satisfying and effective workout. Lessons include work on the Reformer, the Jump Board and Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. For your convenience, we provide online class scheduling through Mind Body Online.
